I'm going to arrive a little earlier so I can get in the first lot. It was a little annoying not knowing what session it was etc.

Can't make it on Saturday. Have a jack and jill for a good friend that I'm attending. Are they open on Sundays? I too would rather get up there early rather than late. Empty tracks = more enjoyable times.

They should call Production Twins what it really is, Shitty McBikefest. Rules for Participation: If your bike runs lower laptimes than a lawnmower, you are not eligibile for Shitty McBikefest. -Darrell

Hey..I know it's not quite as good as Crow Hill, but Rocky Hill is going to be open Monday for the Holiday. Saw it on their site.
Alex..since you can't make Saturday, how about Monday at Rocky Hill?
I expect to be there on Monday. Crow Hill next Saturday for sure.

hmm, i will keep that in mind, knobby. no clue whats up for Mon but if i can swing it, i'll let you know. Rocky Hill is still fun too.

would be nice to get in three days of riding in 1 week! i rode an HS course in Union, CT on Monday that was fantastic. excellent 6mi of mixed terrain, barely any of it was cake. super fun and technical.

I'll be up RH all day. Let me know...
Hey Typeone....I rode some of that stuff in Union once a long time ago just for fun.. It is fun stuff, but running the stuff thru NETRA, or any sanctioned body to me is more trouble than it's worth. Did you run it thru NETRA?

was the place you rode in Union private land? i forget the old couple that owns the land but its right off 190 on the southbound side of 84. this wasnt a NETRA specific event although a lot of NETRA people were there and i know they do run HS races there.

i was there for the 'Ride with the Pros' benefit event for Doug Henry. bunch of the supermoto guys stayed over from Sundays races and went woods riding with us normal folk

Wardy was there, Troy Lee, Micky Dymond, Kurt Nicoll and some others. i had a total blast!

Yeah..I remember hearing about that ride for Doug. I considered it, but decided not to. Must have been a great time. Sure sounded it.

Your location sounds correct, and I do believe it was private land. Went with a couple of NETRA members at the time. We just parked on the side of the road, and road in. They led, I followed. Definitely some good riding. I worked my ass off in the tight stuff on the '86 CR500 which is what I was riding at the time.

Cleaned up my chain and dropped one pilot size. Lisa and I went out and did some Wattsy drills on the bikes. I think the smaller pilot will clean it up considerably. The new head insert and setting seems good. power everywhere, if a little less explosive than the bigger head.

All fueled up and ready to rock!
