4 Strokes are Not cheap, a 125 2 Stroke is fun But I would spend the $$$ on the 4 Stroke.

For sure, But DB is not really Mechanical so in the long run a 250 Would be Better

True to a point but a 4 stroke needs valves done as much as a two stroke needs top ends. but the four is a much more forgiving ride to a new rider.

One of the guys ready to throw down may have been Jake Morrisson. I know he was almost asked to leave the track, but I have not yet found out why. He seems to get himself in trouble everywhere he goes. Already banned from NESC, but has a ton of natural talent.

you were right, i was listening to Dowd on the Buck Chilly Stimilon wrap up and he was commenting about the 'show' that went down right next to him.

Dowds rig was parked next to Jared Boothroyd (#216) who was the kid Jake was going after.

i keep trying to get him to save some dough for a bike, no luck. BUT, he got bit pretty good on Sat and wants to hit up Crow Hill this Sat. guess we'll share my bike but would be fun to be out there together. that 450 would eat him alive though, he prob weighs like 100lbs now. hahaa. its been a loooooong time since we rode together. it was daily shit for us as kids. he could rock the NESC tracks pretty good back in the day.

It's really funny, because my childhood riding buddy was supposed to come watch as well. He bailed cause he thought it would surely rain all day and he has to young kids. We used to watch the nationals at southwick together and dream about being rad MXers. Now his boys are begging him for bikes.

he doesnt shoot much action stuff anymore, mostly fine art and portrait work, but he used to have some really nice lenses for sports. psyched he was able to snap some stuff for me. too bad your buddy didnt make it out, super fun day, and i'm sure his kids would have gone NUTS.

Yea, Boothroyd and Morisson got together on the track and Morisson got pissed because he ended up behind Boothroyd. Morisson found him in the pits, confronted him and kicked his bike off the stand.

Daveo found out and basically told him to cut the shit or he would not be welcome there. Everyone is there to have fun and nobody needs that shit.

That's why he was suspended from NESC all this year. Last race of last year he drilled a guy and broke his leg. Not only that but he was spoken to on a number of occasions throughout last year about unsportsman-like conduct.

Not cool...hard to find sponsors when you act like that. Doesn't matter how good you are, when you're an asshole, people don't want their name on your bike.
