Nice vids!
Seth why did the camera get all fuzzy and stuff right before the gate drops in the Main? It was fine when you were walking out to the gate and stuff. I can see myself right next to you at the start but you went around the guy at the apex cone and I shuffled in right behind him. That's when I got rammed and went down.
Pretty agro move hitting the jump with those two dudes so close! You crazy lady you.

somehow there was some moisture in the camera enclosure. When it warmed up it got outside it got moisture build up, somehow right at that moment after I just checked the thing before putting it on my head.

aha ya. Ya if you turn up the volume you can hear my bike all low bogging like a douche. Funny, in the race after that I was late for/got last gate pic, I was on the way left facing a tough block 30ft. in front of me adn managed to cut everyone off and make the inside turn.

Looks like the camera fogged up?
Oh, and what was with the booster blocks at the gate Seth? Did you have a hard time starting your bike again?
So, you have to walk your bike to the gate with it off? Granted, the only dirt racing I've done is on minis, but we've always motored right up to the gate?
Hey, I need booster blocks. Proper start technique(as it was taught to me) involves standing with you feet in front of the pegs. That means you're up on the tank a little and the seat is even higher. You hold the bike back with your calves until the gate drops, then you can sit down and back weighting the rear tire for spin control. No blocks means I start out leaned to one side, which can get dicey.

Ya I'm with Paul both feet down and forward. Plenty of people do what u do alex as well but doesn't work for me.
