Crow Hill saturday like usual?

I have friday off if anyone wants to come out for sand practice. afternoon/evening is fine.

I'm headin to Jersey, so Sunday is out. I need to do a top end before I ride again. Piston should be here today...

It's never very crowded IMO. When it gets busy, they break into 4 skills groups, which makes it even better. It's not as racy a crowd as mototown. Mostly beginner/intermediate types who don't race, or not much anyway. Some woods guys, too.

It's superfun. C'mon out.

I mgiht ride crowhill on thursday (tomorrow). If anyone is around Fitchburg, my buddy brody and another dude are doing a freestyle show at Central Mass Powersports, 6-8pm I think.

thinkin about shoe-goo'ing my sliced rear tire and crossing fingers until i can order a new one. got some new dirt gear and a pipercross for the Ape... broke once again. f'in bikes are bottomless money pits!

cool, CMPS is pretty close to me, might cruise by on the 'tard. just noticed they moved bike night to Fri the 25th this week. FYI for anyone going, guess the change is weather related (heavy storms tomorrow?)

O oops, good catch, that means the freestyle show is probably moved as well! haha

Had a fun adventure ride today with Tony and new guy josh. We rode as much dirt as we could find in Springfield, Hampden, East longmeadow and??? I rode Renee's mighty KLX250. Tony had his Stonkin EXC450, and Josh had a beastly XR650 with a big tank. A motley bunch to be sure. Plated riding is fun. We popped out in some yards, city parks, golf courses, etc. It's cool to just hit the pavement and be suddenly legal!

I'm going to work on using Google maps to connect those areas with even less roads.

take a look at the trans mass trail on advrider. it goes from ct to vt.

although most of the good stuff is in the southern and northern parts

imho: it doesn't get any better than adv riding on a liter dirtbike

was just reading a thread update from some Aprilia riders out at Pikes Peak who met Malcolm Smith, said he was putting down respectable times at almost 70 years young. one of the greats still rockin it, nothing better.. .
