I will be running an NHMS Penguin day at the end of the month. Right now my Daytona has a relatively new set of Pilot Power 2CTs on it. I was running low 1:30s on the GSXR last year so not setting any records, but hoping to dip into the 1:20s this time around on the Daytona. Any opinions on using the 2CTs vs a set of takeoffs? I haven't pushed these hard enough to squirm on the street so I don't really know what they're good for.
You ll be fine. Run them.
Send it.

I run the 2CT's at track days (also low 1:30's) and find them real predictable and they hold up well. This is on a 750 twin, so YMMV, but I would say ride the snot out of them - they should be fine.
2CTs are good for trackdays... dont think id wanna race on them tho
