    3 days and counting.. my first track days

    Totally excited about TTD.... Going up with Keena Monday night. Bike is just about set. Need to pull mirrors and pick up suit from Motomarket tomorrow afternoon.

    I have put a lot of thought into which bike to bring up there. I have had a minor CEL Code 28 on the GSXR but I think Keena and I addressed that. I had GMD set up the stock suspension based on my weight.

    I have been riding for 4 years now and have put about 15-17k of pure street miles on my bikes. I think I am ready to step up to a track day. My 2008 ZX6R is a vastly superior handling/braking bike compared to my 01 GSXR but it comes down to which bike am more I willing to crash out and the ZX10R is never gonna see a track with me as the owner. I have full coverage on all bikes but know if anything happens to the GSXR I will buy race fairings and make her a dedicated track bike....

    Just some random thoughts on a raining Saturday.. Looking forward to Tuesday morning sunshine!!
