Just a quick reminder to anyone who might be going to Monticello next week. According to Accuweather, temps Sunday night are expected to be in the mid-twenties. It gets cold up there in the Catskills !! If you're running water/water wetter, you may want to think about switching over to something that gives you some anti-freeze protection before Sunday. A cracked cylinder head is no way to end a season.
This is from the Sportbike Track Time website as to what is allowed for coolant.
"6) Advanced and Intermediate group riders MUST use water or water wetter or a non-ethyl glycol based anti-freeze/coolant. Approved Poly Glycol brands are: Evans, 7th Gear, Liquid Performance, and Engine Ice. NO AUTOMOTIVE ETHYL GLYCOL BASED COOLANTS ARE ALLOWED."

The cold is ok, as long as the wet stuff holds off. I'll be there on my blue/white gsxr.

Engine ice allowed. No brainer.

Hey man ,are you going Monday ?
No, main sponsor pulled out 10 days before the truck was supposed to leave, left the team too short on $$ to pickup the motors and get the gear out there. I made the best of it though and went to Indy MotoGP instead to console myself. John Rossi/Viva Ducati totally hooked me up, had an amazing time.
