    Canada - Calabogie/Pics

    Calabogie rocks...

    I went to Calabogie with 4 good friends as part of the SSR. (Shut up, Suit up and Ride)

    This was my second time at this track and it remains my favorite. Even more so, now that much of the first class facilities are done.

    Here is an overhead view of the track. Very fast and technical. Lots of blind turns with decreasing radius'.



    We stayed about 2 miles from the track at the Calabogie Lodge which is a Time Share resort right on the lake. Very nice facilities with a pool and a hot tub. We had a two bedroom, two bath unit. Divided by five it cost us each about $130.00 for a total of 3 nights!!!



    Heres our set up at the track. Gil has a 26ft trailer!

    I used to live 45 minutes from that track.
    I remember years ago when the whole project started.
    Looks like things have come along nicely for the facility.
