Does anyone have a good checklist for things to look over on the bike? I've done a fair amount of work to it, and it's a new purchase, so I want to make sure nothing is out of sorts before Tuesday. It's a track-prepped SV650.

start from the front and work your way back. the important stuff is usually safety wired so if its not wired than it should be checked. safety wire is a good check list in itself.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

Tire pressure. When measuring cold, 2-3 llbs below your targeted 'hot off the track' pressure.
All calipers - make sure all bolts are tigthened to spec or safety wired. Visually check the 'pins and clips' holding the pads.
Check brake and clutch levers for all pins and play.
Check brake and clutch fluid levels - DO NOT OVERFILL
Check Oil level.
Check Oil filter - that should be safetywired.
Check Oil drain plug
Check Oil Filler plug
Check radiator and hoses.
Run bike with a newspaper underneath. Look for any leaks.
Check all bodywork fasteners.
Check steering head bearings and steering head for freeplay.
If this is your first track day, ask an instructor or someone on staff to help.
And watch what's checked at tech - that should help too!
This is probably not everything but it's a start!
Good luck!!!

Check everything that makes you go.
Check everything that makes you stop.
Check everything that makes you turn.
Check everything that makes you fall.
That should cover all the bases
But seriously, here's a list of a bunch of things you should check. (note that I'm using Oxx's approach and working my way around the baike, starting at the front)...
Visually go through this list with me in your head.
Front brake lever
Throttle grip (snap shut at full lock right & left?)
Head bearings (helps to have someone on the bike)
Clutch
Front brake system (calipers, pads, leaks)
Front tire (pressure, condition)
Front axle
Suspension (check forks for oil leaks, binding, alignment)
Radiator and cooling system (check for leaks)
Shift linkage
Left footpeg
Peek under left side fairings & look for any leaks or excess resedue
Sprockets & Chain (check condition, tension and alignment)
Rear tire (pressure, condition)
Rear axle
Rear suspension (check shock for oil leaks, binding)
Rear Brake (calipers, pads, leaks)
Right footpeg
Peek under right side fairings & look for any leaks or excess resedue
There's plenty more to check, but that should give you a pretty good overall idea of what's going on.
