Hmmm, and it's even on a Saturday
I can't say for sure yet on that date for a couple reasons...

1 there's a minor issue with work that needs to be sorted out, and I have no idea how long that will take.

2 I had tentative plans to go dirt riding in Maine that weekend, that happens to be a holiday weekend in RI.

Doesn't say a specific year, you bought your "new yamaha sportbike in 2009" so according to their website, you qualify.

I'd copy the info from their site and ask them why you don't qualify...and cc it to the BBB

If I was a more avid track guy (I still need leather lowers, and have yet to do any track day, ever) I'd probably pursue it more, it's just kind of a bummer. I did reply to him saying that my bike was indeed brand new and the second brand new Yami I'd bought in the last two years, but didn't get any response. I'm pretty sure he really just didn't give a shit. :\
