Cape Cod track riders.

Hey. I'm new to the forum. Just looking for someone from the Cape that does trackdays. I'm looking to do a few this season.

I'm on the lower Cape. Truro to be specific...

Clint (waveman) lives down by one of the bridges, but I dont remember if he's done with track riding. There's a few members here from the Cape, but not many track people.

Hence why I'm trying so hard to find some! All these kick-stand crews on the Cape are getting lame...

I say this because i was born and raised there and go back 3-4 times a month. go to hyannis on a saturday night and count how many times you hear a rev limiter! honestly i think more people should hit the MSF and then maybe the track. It pisses me off because the cape has some of the best riding in all of mass but idiots f-it up for everyone.

Edit: i cannot speak for the lower cape, this is my experience with bourne-hyannis.

Nobody can speak for the lower cape, because there are no riders down here! Well, few and far between... I stop in Hyannis occasionally to recruit a few people to go for a ride, mabye we've met?

Id be up for a Cape ride. I am in Sandwich most of the time and go home on weekends every now and then to central mass. I have the RC down here. These roads are pretty nice. Just have to find em.

What exactly are you looking for? Do you need bike transport? Info on getting ready? Depending on what you need your location may not be that important.

Have you done track days before? If it's a buddy you're looking for you might take a look at the schedule for BostonMoto, find a date(s) that are appealing, then post up on the thread for that date that you're looking to share a ride/transportatio/whatever. I know Boston Moto can arrange transporation if you can get yhour bike closer to their trailer.

They also have a great 'Novice' Track Day program you might consider if you've never done a track day.

This is all true. Lots of kids that have egos for sure. I don't ride with these guys anymore really as I started racing and quite frankly the kids in hyannis are lame. lots of posers!

ha, I am in forestdale right off of artisan. Have you been to myles standish? Tihonet road? there is a really great road down in wellfleet but you can really only do one pass before the locals flip their lids and call the cops!

Your gonna do your 1st trackday and wonder why you aren't racing. I have a 900rr and rarely ever ride it since I started racing. It has consumed me and is really all i think about. I live in Forestdale and I will be racing the nest 3 weekends after July 18th. there is always a penguin school before the race weekend and I guarentee you will love It!

No not yet. I am going away for a week starting Saturday so maybe in a couple weeks we can take a ride out that way.

As for the few that wanted to ride down this way, I'm always down to go for a ride! I've done most of those roads. I know Wellfleet and Truro very well. Thanks for all the welcomings!

Lower Cape right here (Wellfleet) but im not around the Cape at the moment.
