Was that the guy on the hyper with Harley style pants and a big red devils was on his back? The same guy had brake lights showing through a big untaped brake light, his new ny license plate hanging out there and when he leaned over to gun it on the straights you could see a 4" strip of bare skin wher his 2 piece didn't zip together and he wasn't wearing a back protector. I saw a guy out in advanced on a hyper. Not getting off the seat, not moving his head, heels on the pegs erratic lines and going at what I consider a novice pace. He may have been the only one though.
