hey guys another track junkie here checking in. im moving to CT in a month from sunny south florida. i ride an 08 R6 and keep her on the track where she belongs. that brings me to my dilemma and my need for assistance from all of you. how do your trackday organizations run around here? is there a race series for the northeast? i know in the southeast we have CCS ( http://www.ccsracing.us/ ). looking forward to seeing you all out on the track.

by the way, is there a good dirtbike scene up this way? there is absolutely nothing in south florida and i would love to get back into it.
hahaha ok cool small world. you should definitely hit PBIR it is a fun track on bikes. your moto would be great out there. its a very wide track lots of lines to run. bunch of long, wide, fast corners but it does have a half mile straight. what tracks are good up north?
im disappointed i never got to make it up to jennings. everyones says you have to go ride there. ill probably make a trip down to ride there and barber.

Unlike Florida we actually have roads with turns and elevation changes
any place to race motards out there? i was thinking of selling the R6 and picking up a lightweight race bike and a motard.
Welcome CT here...![]()
Loudon/LRRS has a huge motard following. Granted, its all road course, and no dirt sections (except once a year if you're lucky) but theres a big group for the bikes. I'm actually contemplating selling the motard I left in Boston since I cant find anywhere else to ride the damn thing.
Well heres my bike, I'm thinking of trading it for a MW: http://www.nestreetriders.com/forum/...50-motard.html
As for what most people run, 600s are about as big as people go. Theres a big contingent of LW bikes as well, SVs, Hawks, EX500s, Motards, so basically everything under the sun.
