in addition to squats i would definatly add deadlifts and ab work. your lower back and abs supports your whole upper body on a bike along with your legs. but with deadlifts and squats, please find out how to do them correctly and go through the whole range of motion. if you cant do it by yourself ask someone that knows what they are doing. squatting down 2 inches isnt doing anything for your legs.
