I have to say that doing track days has really improved my street riding skills. Although the only track days that I have done is TTD's, by having the personal instruction in a safe controlled environment where I didn't have to worry about cars, pedestrians, or debrie in the road really helped me focus on learning what me and my bike can do.
That sucks that there was brie in the road... I hate riding in cheese. Its hard to focus on learning when your bike is all gummed up with french fromage.![]()

TTD are great. BUT Tigger doesn't post much and to see the last 3 all mention TTD and how great they are just kinda came off as odd. More of a heads up than anything else.
Again. I LOVE TTD and reccomend it to my friends.

Why is this so funny? She posted something that wasn't meant to promote Tony's and the post was deleted without explanation. Then again, without explanation.
If the issue was that it sounded like an ad, someone should have contacted her, asking to reword it.
I've been trying to get Annalisa to the track for a while now to help to improve her riding skills. The issue is gear. She's so damned hard to fit, because if her long and thin legs.
Doc, shut the internet off....just for tonight at least.
It really sucks that it has come to this.![]()
And while enjoying the most wonderful TTD's experience do try to find time to add to the fun and excitement by stopping by Street and Competition. (This is not a ad either)
i just recently did my first track days. it definitely helped my street riding out a lot. just allows you to find the limits of your bike in a safer controlled environment.
i recommend it to anyone who has never done one, well worth the money,
i've done both bomo and tony's and both were lots of fun. Personally Bomo is my preference but either will be a blast

This thread is full of lolz.
For the record, no-one from bomo even saw other threads or contacted nesr admin about this in any way. Once again, tony runs a quality event. We think we do, too.
I have in the past said to just come up. Visit all the vendors. Check out the racing. Check out the track day organizations. Savoir the whole experience. Tell your friends. It is a win win for everybody if we have more people coming to these events.
I think it's clear that this is Doc being Doc and nothing more.
Fact is, damn near everyone on this site who has ridden at a trackday likely has done at least one day with TTD. Knowing this, I'm not even sure why there is any fuss from anyone with regards to this thread.
Ahh well....

I'm totally fine, man. I just don't understand what drives you to the point of being an ass sometimes.
What about all the signatures? Are those not ads?
Just saying...
