Sorry I'm fresh out of satan'e semen, but I do have a suggestion - They sell these adhesive remover wheels at advance auto. You put it on the end of a drill and it's like a giant eraser. I took a deep breath, swallowed hard and used it on my Ducati and it didn't do any damage to the paint or clear coat. Just make sure there's no dirt on the bike, sticker, or wheel or else you've just made yourself a giant sander...

heatgun/hairdryer and some wd40
Spray a piece of paper towel with WD-40 (or whatever goo remover you like) and put it on the sticky stuff. Soak for 5-15 and wipe off.
