It sells, Since it started running Comcast has seen a large increase in Speedvision orders. And as for 2wheel Tuesdays I dont what to say about that, It did not do too much for me but thats me.

i miss TWT, it focused alot more on racing.
Superbikes is all about stunting, with very few track related segments thrown in.
I think there'd be room for both shows.

What pisses me off about Superbikes are all the shots of people riding squidly and without protection.
One of the stunters with the No Limits crew even said "No Helmets?! That is God's way of natural selection for stunt riders"

I mean if they support the use of equipment why do they show dumbasses not wearing it.

Oh and Rossi Morealy SUCKS! BUT he does represent a newbie well, (wearing gear, taking courses...)

there's room for both. i'm far from a stunter but i enjoy watching them in a controlled setting.

They'd have to take off some of the NASCAR coverage to put on another show... God knows I need to know the intimate details of all the drivers and how the new pavement is going to affect the outcome of the race...

Superbikes is horrible ! It does nothing positive for our sport, BUT it further perpetuates every negative perception of it. I understand that there is a market for that sort of thing, but why bring attention to it so as to call the "worry-worts" of the world into action ? Can anyone else see the protests and letters to legislators calling for an end to "hooligan" motorcyclists as a result of this, ultimately, negative publicity ?

So yes, SpeedTV should bring back more racing and "riding-for-the-love-of-riding" focused programming.

But, that's just my humble opinion.

That show sucks ass, I'm pissed that they even named it "Superbikes".

Bring back Motorcyclist! That was good show.

At least with TWT you can catch all the motorcycle racing highlights and other news. Now they probably just sqeeze a minute or two in their new "Speed Report" (which kind of sucks too, they didn't even show the WSBK results only AMA SBK. )

I'm at a loss with this network, on one hand they keep putting out garbage 'reality' shows, NASCRAP, they've dropped a lot of good racing coverage (Isle of Man, JGTC, Porsche Cup, etc) and WSBK sometimes airs a few days later. They should just bring shows from overseas like Speedvision used to do, remember Motorvision?

But on the other hand its the only place to catch any racing on a regular basis, without it I would not get to watch much racing at all. So I gues I shouldn't complain too much.

The only way to get these shows back and to get better coverage for responsible riding is to write the network. If enough people show interest then they might put more on. Even then it comes down to ratings, so people actually have to watch these shows on a regular basis in order to keep them on.

I like superbikes and it shows whats going on in the sport bike ,stunt scene these days , if you don't like it don't watch it and by the way it is a very popular show according to Speedtv..
If they don't want to wear gear thats their business and it doesn't make any difference to me one way or the other.
I liked the segment on streetfighters and the east bay rats , real riders and bikers just doing their thing and they could give a fuck what anyone thinks of them....righteous
