... but I've finally found someone willing to part with theirs so I can join the 3-cylinder fan club.
Introducing my new (to me) 2007 with 4400 miles (at time of pickup on Saturday and 4650 today). Essentially completely stock save for a fender eliminator.
My first order of business will be to put stickers on it to make it go faster. Then I'll do the other useless crap like putting an exhaust on and so forth.

It took me a while to get a Triumph triple too, but now I can't imagine I'll ever not have one again.

Nice bike!! I'm looking into a 955i myself.
that's the one that was in Quincy, MA? Good deal on it, I've been keeping an eye on it and waiting for him to drop the price =P how much did you get it for?
Yeah... Picked it up on Saturday. He started real high with it - $6500 I think. There was another guy who looked at it just before me on Friday (supposedly) who was going to give him $5600 some time this week. I told him I'd do $5500 on Saturday and he took it.
So clean. Absolutely perfect condition. Put about 200 miles on it Sunday and it's an absolute blast to ride.

If you're looking on triumph675.net, there's a tornado red '07 (I think) in Brooklyn that he just dropped to $5500. Not sure if that's too far for you or not. You may be able to shake him down a little more. He has dropped the price quite a few times recently.

Congrats on the Triumph... I love the bikes so much I bought the company!![]()
Nice that's an awesome bike!! I just got a compliment on my exhaust note at the grocery store today. Guy didn't know anything about motorcycles, but he still had good taste. Triples are the bestest engines.
Where are you living? I'm off Massachusetts Ave (2000 VFR).
I'm over by Washington Ave, right off of Ocean Ave (think Cumberland Farms on Washington).
Though, the bike is stored over at my buddy's place who has a house on Baxter blvd. Shitty part about having a bike is that I travel for work and am away from Maine 5 days a week and only get a chance to ride on weekends that I'm not heading down to RI to see family. Since there's not much time left to the season, I'm seeing a little less of the family, a little more of the backroads of Maine....![]()

I absolutely cannot get enough of it. The ONLY "bad" thing I can say about the Daytona is that the seat is nowhere NEAR as comfortable as the GSX-R. It's like sitting on a piece of plywood for 2-4 hours (apparently the passenger seat is the same way - so says the lady).
Found a seller (if he ever responds) on the triumph forum who wants to get rid of gel seats (both seats). Once those are installed, it'll be 10's across the board.
It's true.... 3 IS > 4.
