How can I get more power out of my Hayabusa? I already extended the swing arm and chromed the wheels...
If loud pipes save lives imagine what learning to ride that thing would do. ;D

However, I don't mean to be a dick, so WELCOME! Truly. With some thick skin, this site has a lot to offer. In my opinion, your money is much better spent on things other than a louder pipe, i.e. suspension tuning, track days, gear, etc. You have a great bike, enjoy it!

Andto spending your money on other things.
Since you have a few hundred for a used slip on, why not instead land yourself at a trackday? If you don't have the required gear at the moment, suit rentals are a good, economical alternative.
skill set > any mechanical modification
Hands down.
oh please! you guys all have pipes on your bikes. its the first thing you do that requires $$ to do it. unlike taking the reflectors off.
check e bay, craigslist, junkyards.

I waited almost 4 years on my FZ1.....well, not that I "waited" per-se....but it was almost 4 years nonetheless.

Midnight. Guess I should make it look like I did something...![]()
Thanks guys appreciate all the responses and criticism. So i think im gonna keep searching ebay and craigslist for a used one. In the mean time im gonna spend my hard earned cash on better things like, better gear and stuff. The bike is awesome and I love it.

Good point.Have fun!
For the record Oxx I did not put the pipes on my bike. The previous owner did. I had to add a PCIII to fix it. They are rather loud.:
OH and yes I have made this mistake in the past. Got a Dc 750ss and the first thing I did was replace the stock cans withD&D'sI used to set off car alarms with that thing!

How is that a stupid question? The kid wants to save some money and its a stupid idea?
Your tune always changes when someone you respect calls you out for it. So while you typed your ignorant first response you never remembered the time you changed your pipes?
On topic unless you want a headache everytime you ride stay away from the 2bros. Thats what I have and I'm really wishing I had something a little quieter.
