Hello all;
I posted this in the intro area don't know how many will see it,
I'm John and new to the site. Bought my first bike this year a 2004 GSXR 750. I Love it, I need some help though. I ride in Western MA and I need to get my first inspection sticker. I just put on a new license plate holder with a white light to get legal. The only issue I have is I have an undertail with aftermarket turn signal lights (the only other mod I have is a Micron high mount exhaust). Is there a good local shop that does insepctions with aftermarket turn signals? I have all my lights and everything works. Just don't want to have a lot of trouble and I have been worried about this.
I look forward to riding with anyone I can this year.
Thanks for the advice.
Your turn signals have to be 6 inches away from your tail/brake lights . I went through the same thing ( and failing ) the past couple of years after having integrated rear lights for the 6 previous years ( and passing ). I installed seperate turn signals on the bottom corners of my license plate and that's all she wrote...
Not sure how far they need to be from the brake light, but they must be at least 9 inches appart

You Sir know nothing of true greatness. I of course refer to ones ability to steal, drink and generally do nothing, and carry it off with style
-both false. the lens cover/taillight needs to have DOT stamped on it, that's it. I have an integrated combo tail/flashers on the Triumph and its DOT legal, DOT trumps state statue.
Different in R I ?
