Video my dad put together from a ride on Saturday. Camera is on my bike following my dad on his busa.
"When there's a gap you either commit yourself as a professional racing driver that is designed to win races or you come second or you come third or come fifth, and I'm not designed to come third, fourth, or fifth. I race to win, and if you no longer go for a gap that exists, you're no longer a racing driver."

I don't know how you did that, but your video has a sound level 20X louder than any video I've ever clicked upon at YouTube. I'd rather hear more motorcycle and less music.
No comment other than that.

Danny, Danny, Danny...
Your dad scares me, and you chasing after him isn't good either.
All over the road, crossing the line, blind turns, blind crests, hanging off like a squid...
I hope you don't run over him if he wrecks.
Slow it down kid. Tell your dad too.
Anybody think I am out of line?

P.S. I liked the soundtrack!

That's cool you and your dad ride together.(fast)
What up, bitches?
Truthfully, I have to agree with pk4882. There are some pretty easy turns there where the dad is hanging off the seat in an awkward way...unnecessarily.
Remember, if your tires are on the line for a left hand curve, your head is over it. The turn with the Humpty Dumpty's coming the other way was pretty scary too. He was so far out from a good line that he left the H-D's little room. If those guys had been running some of the lines that dear ol' dad took elsewhere, there could have been a head on.
Let he who is without sin throw the first stone though. I did some fast riding with my son in years past, though he was a passenger on my own bike at the time.

When is Fathers day? Buy him a track day!
PS. I'm NEVER posting a YouTube vid of my street rides if this is how you guys are gonna respond to it.
These responses make me wonder how you guys would handle yourselves on a good ole fashioned NESR ride.![]()

Your clutch fluid is dirty. similar to your riding style in this here vid.
I think it is cool that you and your Dad rip it up. Now come to a track day and do it in a safer environment.
Oh and by the way, my dad was recently hugging the yellow on his bike and ended up in the Hospital with a broken tib/fib (after colliding with a car). He is 61.

Really??
Thanks for the words guys. But I can honestly say I've road this section of road over 2000 times and this was number two of the day. We both know where every grain of sand, crack, bump and imperfection is hence some of the odd lines. As far as my dads riding style I've talked to him a few times about it but who am I to tell a man, who has literally hundreds of thousands of miles under his belt and has been riding longer than I've been alive, how to ride. He has expressed interest in doing track days but not on the busa, so now that my track bike is about done I'll let him use that at a few this year.

Wave to the nice firefighters on the left when you blast by.
You know how many accidents happen at that last s curve where you were going by those cruisers? Gazillions.
Your pops form needs some work.
If you get caught up to and/or passed by some jerk on a toy Suzuki, on that road, it's me.

Close your eyes, look deep in your soul, step outside yourself and let your mind go.
I don't get crossing the center line. Isn't going around curves 98% of the fun? Why straighten them?
Rolling shutter effect is a little intense in places. Bummer about that.
Definitely cool that you ride with your dad. Been years since I've ridden with mine.
