Aluminum welding, fuel tank fabrication.

Do anyone know or have a local contact that can weld aluminum, or also has fabrication skills to build me a 2 gallon fuel tank for a project?
The simple, I need a 7” wide x 7” deep x 11” long aluminum fuel tank with a vented flush fuel fill, and a top mounted internal fuel pump. I could make those simple sizes work if I had to, however I could gain fuel capacity by following the shape of the space I have available.
I’m not on an unlimited R7 style budget here, but I’m know it’s a costly item, so if you know anyone that may be interested, please let me know.

Can they weld titanium ? Have a Yoshi Ti header from a bike that was running pig rich and blew holes where it goes into the head on every cylinder iirc, haven't looked at it in a while
