VERY cold ride in today as it was about 38 degrees, but I nearly got SMASHED

I'm riding along, and theres a part where the road goes under a VERY narrow and old train bridge.

Just as I am passing under it on my motorcycle I hear a squeal, a bang, and I look left and the car oncoming jumped the curb and smashed into the side of the train bridge and was bouncing back my way. I narrowly avoided it.

I turned around to look back and the car was smashed into the bridge, blocking my lane, completely sideways, on my side.

2 seconds earlier and it would have hit me. 4 seconds earler and I would have hit it.

Shit happens fast out there boys....I've had a few of these and escaped each time so far. I find the absolute best defense is to constantly over-scan everything around you...all the cars, side streets, old motherfuckers in Buicks, hot chicks texting and dumb stoned 18 year old dudes....look for them all.
