So my gas cap was leaking. If i filled it past 3/4 it would weep fuel when i would brake and accelerate and get fuel all over the top of the tank and my lap. So just got my yoyodyne 1/4 keyless cap. Unlike the cheaper ones that screw into the tank, this one rides on a cam profile, and is only 1/4 turn.
Base plate
assembled
Only thing i had a problem with was no instructions. It didn't tell me if i had to use the stock base gasket or not. And also didn't tell me the orientation of the base plate. After a few trial and errors i got it lined so the bolts were symmetrical.
Also the other thing is there is a gap between the edge of the top piece and the sides of the tank. its not very big but you know its there. At first I cussed their shotty workmanship, but since the tank is plastic it probably flexes enough to warrant a gap. all in all, happy with the product. Very well made, the finish is great, and the technology behind is fantastic as well.

That looks very nice. I have the LighTech on my R6 and had a gap also. What I ended up doing is cutting the middle out of the stock gasket to fill in the edge like the stock cap. Worked good enough for me.
