Parts value of 2002 748S

I'm trying to assess the parts value of a 2002 748S in clean shape, with 23k miles. Not perfect, but no crash damage. No title (not stolen), but not a streetable bike. I have my thoughts on the two values (what he could get by parting it, and what someone looking to track it or part it out would pay) but I wanted to ask here, as I know that there are some people who have Duc expertise.

You'd probably end up netting more by parting it rather than selling it, but that assumes you have the time to do it. A good place to see the going rate of parts (other than ebay) is to look at woundedduc.net. He parts bikes all the time, and at least you get an idea of the value of the major items.
