    That is fucked up. Whats also fucked up is the dude on the bike could have been being chased by the dudes in the SUV. He may have owed them money so they stole his bike. Who knows......still fucked up.

    Actually jayspeed makes a good point. Hell they could be bike thieves that find a bike they want, follow the rider till he / she hits a desolate area and then run them off the road and jack the bike if it's not too smashed up.
