Saturday & Sunday are going to be the same: Showers in the mornings with overcast afternoons and temps only in the mid 60's. Nighttime & morning temps will get down to the low 50's, maybe even dipping into the 40's. Neither day will be a washout though. These will be more of the widespread scattered variety and I think they'll subside by afternoon followed by cloudy gray skies.

I don't like to look too far ahead, especially in our part of the world. And this will need some tweaking, I'm sure. But I'm seeing clearing after Sunday and temps steadily climbing through the week next week. As is always the case, with the temps rising it will bring pop-up showers and possibly a thunderstorm here & there. We'll see sun most of the week only lightly filtered with partly cloudy skies. By Wednesday look for temps to climb into the 80's, maybe even approaching the low 90's by the end of the week.
UPDATE: Things seem to be pointing to a dryer than expected weekend. We'll still see some rain Friday night & Saturday morning, but I see it clearing up by early afternoon Saturday and remaining cloudy & cool into Sunday and it won't be anything to change plans for. It will still be mostly cloudy & overcast and I still stand by the cool temps.

I'm still leaning toward a warmer & dryer week next week for the heart of Bike Week. As long as there's no dramatic spikes in temps next week and temps slowly rise throughout the week, I don't think we'll see too many scattered pop-up thunderstorms and rain will stay mostly away.

I can't even imagine. We're about 1/2 mile from Route 28 and the noise is insane!

We have a slight change of plans. We'll still be spectating Fri - Sun, but it looks like we'll only be at camp Saturday night this weekend. Any & all are welcome!

According to the NEMRR site, Sunday will be the rain date if needed. Again though, I'm confident with my latest forecast update.

I know I've seen it somewhere here, but can't find it now. Can we ride our motorcycles into the infield Fri & Sun? I'm assuming that's definitely a no-go Saturday?
