The bleeder screw is clogged. Take it out and clean it.

feel no pressure when pumping the brake

put a vacuum bleeder on, and cant pull the fluid through either.

I dont think the bleeder is clogged, the rubber cap was still on it, and the bleeder is very clean, but Ill check for clogs

I think I need to bench bleed the front and rear MC's

    Re: My bikes

How long did the bike sit before you got your hands on it?

I had an old suzuki GS550 that had sat for a while and the brake fluid turned into a sort jelly. Maybe you have some of that type of thing going on somewhere in your lines. Once we flused the jelly like substance out of that GS everything worked correctly.

Yeah the goo on the GS was in the master and the caliper as well. We had to pull it all apart and clean it out then it was fine.

Good luck getting it fixed regardless, motards are a blast on the street because even if you are riding them hard you likely wont be breaking 60 mph and having a blast doing it. Unlike a liter bike where you hit it in first and you are breaking every speed limit there is around here.

Im super excited, ive ridden an XR650 honda supermoto before and LOVED it. And I agree with what you say about having a blast at lower speeds.

Its driving me nuts I havent got them roadworthy yet, but I cant say for lack of effort.
