Re: The Best bikes on Craigslist
You better grab it before someone else does. He must have just imported it.
FYI, the reason the price is low is most likely because mass is gearing up to ban all foreign imported vehicles with non US vins. Its the final form to combat the VT loophole. There is no specific mention of grandfathering in vehicles that are already here but it will certainly apply to transferring them out of state meaning the Mass title is useless to another state for purposes of registering it there. If you noticed the prices of in state skylines and kei cars has plummeted as well as those in a lot of surrounding states. I have no idea if canadian imports will fall into the net but for sure all japanese originated vehicles will be as they use a shorter vin tag and thats written into the bans language. Judging by the price of that bike i would say the owner thinks canadian models will be banned as well so best to dump it now.

Thanks. Usually I say that I can take any help I can get. When it comes to acquiring motorcycles, though, I really don't need any encouragement [haha] [grin] [lol]
However, in that price range and displacement, I am relentlessly drawn to this:

I wish I could withstand riding sportbikes for an extended amount of time. The choices now are seemingly limitless and it's certainly where my heart still lies.

4XL helmet would not look out of place on a Hayabusa. Maybe a joker of a poster?
