Some low life thieves made off with a good amount of KTM's Thursday night, new and used. Guessing they are long gone, but one of them was a 350 SX that had yellow plates with 134 for numbers. Took so many they tossed one on into the woods - guess they either got spooked or ran out of room.

I feel like this happened to another ktm shop in the region within the past few years.
Sounds organized. Organized shitheads.

The black market for cars and bikes well south of us has gotten very big. Grab that stuff, throw it in a sea container, gone the next day.
Dad's Dream: Earn enough money to live the life that his wife and kids do.
I'm going to buy Suzuki decals and yellow paint for my KTM.
This is truly become some type of epidemic. I can't believe how many dirt bikes have been stolen lately.
Send cash... I need a track day
One bike and helmet found. Kid was stopped riding on the street in providence
My 2012 KTM RC8 r was stolen from my condo in Boston a few years ago. I HATE THIEVES. Death to them is a good start. But reincarnation to be tortured and killed over and over again is better. Lol

IIRC one of the factory SX riders vans was also robbed of ktm's...
crazy! didn't realize there was such a high margin for ktm dirt bikes (didn't the reddit confessions say he targeted higher end/$$ bikes and parts?) and it is so f'n ridiculous how little can be done when they're gone
I keep 1 dirt & 1 street bike...both are street legal w' comprehensive insurance...Other ways just don't work...
already had FZR stolen and returned..presumably cuz it was an FZR![]()

My buddy found his shed empty this morning. Fuckers got his KTM200, YZ250, Crf250 and his Zuma. He's in Wareham.
A friend of mine drove a Toyota up to Montreal for a business meeting. He was told explicitly, "Do not park in these areas or you car will be on a ship before you get out of the meeting." He parked there anyway and - vanished. The police just waved their hands.
My WR is in a locked garage, chained to the wall like my wife.
“It's 2 minutes for any capable adult.”
The wife frowns on being chained up for some reason...
But for the bikes, in addition to being locked up I also:
1. Have large, protective dogs always watching
2. A variety of kill-y guns ready to go
3. A set of Nest cameras
4. A seething fucking hatred of thieves.
The best a thief could hope for here would be caught on camera and prosecuted. My condolences to those who've been ripped off.
Strange, nothing in the local news paper...
Stranger that someone knew where the diagnostic tool would be located...
Yamaha
Yeah weird no press coverage. Supposedly the diagnostic tool is just a laptop with the software, if so then maybe they just grabbed it figuring it was a basic laptop??
2013 ZX6R-636
Or they saw a laptop with a big KTM sticker on top, and a diagnostic cable hanging from the side and figured odds are it was worth some money to whoever buys the bikes. I'm assuming that type of tool gets used a lot these days in a shop, so for all we know it was currently plugged in to a bike.
I probably would have done the same thing. Muttered to myself about them being a bunch of drama queens as I locked the doors and walked away. I'd have to laugh a little at myself when I returned.

I know of two Chevy Suburbans that did not come back from the hockey tournament in Montreal. Must be very popular among the Pukin's comrades.
