A New Risk of Middle Age: Dying on a Motorcycle - Well - Tara Parker-Pope - Health - New York Times Blog
Amazing piece with a whole bunch of 'no way... you're kidding.. get outta town' reactions for me.

Like this one with Scientologist John Travolta...clearly BEFORE the Gods from the Volcanos visited him...

"A man who views the world the same at 50 as he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life.”
Muhammad Ali.
I followed that link to the "Vinnie Barbarino wore a helmet" thing & LOVED the comments....
First:
ThenVinnie Barbarino was a character in a costume. Riders don’t need a plastic hat to ride any motorcycle.
Wardrobe, get rid of the plastic hat.

I firmly support voluntary helmet use for motorcyclists. As a kidney patient who may in the future require a kidney transplant, it will be a great benefit to me and all society if the number of kidney donors is increased as these mental defectives are removed from traffic. Motorcyclists with a mind diseased who refuse to wear a helmet would be bad donors for a brain transplant, but their kidneys should be fine. I therefore decry the nanny-state activists who would deny Americans (especially those with blood-type A+) their God given freedom of choice and force these free-spirited motorcyclists to wear helmets.![]()
