My motard is plated, but it has yet to see the street. And my "streetbike" is a dirtbike.

Close your eyes, look deep in your soul, step outside yourself and let your mind go.
I haven't riden in like 2 months. Not for any reason but being busy.

I can resist everything but Pete's mom.
No streetbike for me. I don't even have my MC license, as soon as I started track riding, the street seemed too dangerous for me.
ya same here, only dirt now. I miss my Kawi but I really was over riding it on the street in general with so many D-bags on the streets. If I lived in western mass/away from Boston area it would have more appeal to me.

Seem to be less and less miles on the street bike for me. Seem to prefer riding the motard on the dirt roads/trails. Will be picking up a dirt bike soon to...
I did 12,000 street miles last season, and 1 track day. This season I have done only about 4,000 street miles and 7 track days....
I do miss the street rides but always seem to be packing and gettig ready for a track day, or unpacking from one
Although, after my mishap at Penguin the street/track bike is more track only right now..
No street riding for me at the moment due to life's little changes. I'll be out there again some day.
you pansies. if you want something safe, take up knitting. motorcycles are dangerous on the street, on the track, in the dirt, in the woods...shit, just standing near one is risky if you're DDK (just once around the block...right?).
sorry, just tired of everyone whining about how the street is too dangerous as if the track was some giant inflatable bouncy castle filled with down pillows, bubbles and clouds.

Dude fwiw, I have done dangerous shit my whole life. It is worth it to me to break bones from a racing incident doing something I love, which I have done many times. Getting creamed by a moron in a car on the other hand is something I don't ever want to spend time recovering from.

I ride dirt and street once in a while. Hoping a smaller streetbike will solve a few of my problems.
