Obviously a lot of reasons it could be a bad idea, but for a short road haul and some tame woods riding there must be some halfway-not-sketchy setup. Not sure on the legality but Maine laws are pretty relaxed. Would be a folding AR-style su16c. Anyone attempt something dumb like this?
Now that I'm typing this I feel like it has been discussed before...

Plenty of people take firearms on 4 wheelers. There's no obvious reason 2 wheelers would be different.
Are you just looking for ways to mount them?
There are ATV Rifle scabbards, and paratroopers jump with leg bags.
But that rifle is so short folded you could probably use a hard case for a breakdown shotgun.

Yeah lots of four wheelers and side by sides racked up around here, major difference on two wheels for me is more chance of crashing and less options for carrying. Plus I'll be on the road for periods. I like the hard case idea if I can find a suitable mounting setup. Could also fit it in a pack if needed.
Just asking as a relative noob to dirt riding & guns in general..
