CongratsI'm upgrading from a '92 GS500, and it definitely is much heavier and more powerful than what I'm used to.

439 dry...but it's rugged as hell. I was gonna mention steering damper, but I see it has one. Sweet.

Yup, it was great! I got onto 495 and was cruising along, and it seemed like the bike lost it's pep. I figured it was low on fuel so I pulled off the highway and gased up. After that it was smooth sailing! I did as you instructed and left the choke open a bit, and right before I got on the highway I closed it all the way. No problems at all!

Saw that on CL, looks very clean.
Insurance... check. Registration.... check. Just gotta get it inspected within the next week.
It's great so far, I had a blast on the ride home! It's definitely very easy to go fast on that bike!
