    would this work? they go for about $100. they're called the "buttbuddy" (just the name suits these boys pretty well). i saw these over in daytona. looks more sleek than most of the other pads, more comfy, and you don't really notice it when the passenger is on..

    Geez, I go away for few days and my thread gets totally trashed. Thanks Dave for getting it back on track. Oh and sorry about making you do those wheelies yesterday. Guess I shouldn't have eaten so many ribs!

    One guy mentioned on the VT ride that his girlfriend wears padded bike short under her jeans when riding. I might have to give that a shot. Thanks for all the suggestions guys and gals.

    I use a buttpad from Alaska Leathers. Reasonably priced and works pretty well. Easy on and off for when you not on the back.

    Ok, I had to "inject" this info. I don't know if it makes your seat any more comfortable, but I guess it makes the ride a lot nicer.
