it's been a couple years since I've done this
can I still get away with squeezing in at the end of a street parking perpendicular to the curb without getting ticketed?
is there any sidewalk parking I can do without getting towed?
this'll be on a Friday night to see a show at the middle east
depends on the sidewalk monkey that's patrolling your street. Some fuck the shit out of me with tickets, and some have told me that they could care less.
Pretty much anywhere in brookline/cambridge/back bay they can ticket you for it. I've ALWAYS gotten ticketed in back bay. Never try it there.
I have a friend who lives near Harcard Sq and he told me Cambridge has really stepped up ticketing for just about everything.

i've been pretty lucky not getting a ticket so far. in the back bay i usually park in private areas, becasue the meter maids are hardcore. i go to school in the back bay, so i just park my bike there and walk. if the school is closed, i park in the alleys.... just squeeze it in somewhere. i doubt the tenants mind that i'm using the 3 feet of space next to the dumpster. plus i dont' think a tow truck could maneuver in there to tow my bike.
