Well, I woke up this morning to a ripe temp of 38 deg. outside......

went out to cover up some stuff before the rain gets heavy and whaddya know?

there is almost a solid ground cover of WHITE $H!T!

WTF WTF WTF WTF !!!

so then it starts raining pretty good about 9:30 and then the rain started to hurt a bit more than usual.......

NOW IT IS SLEETING AND SNOWING !

Will someone please transplant me and my bike back to Florida??

I can deal with 11 turns in 318 miles...... in exchange for warm weather....

I was almost positive I was gonna see snow last night on my way home from a buddies house at 3am. It had to be mid 30's and was raining/sleeting like a bastard, so I was not going to be shocked when I saw fluffy white stuff. Its gonna be a long winter.

I can't believe it is starting already! With the past few months' weather being what it was, who wants to bet when our first blizzard and/or ice storm will be? I say we have one good ice storm before Christmas that knocks out power for at least a week....

I was in conway yesterday, until late last nite, It was just starting to rain when I left and I was concerned not only with the possibility of frozen stuff, but my front tire has around 17,000 miles on it with not much tread(very evenly worn with wear indicators not quite to surface)

The summit got dumped with about 2 feet of snow a couple days ago

I ordered my snow tires today

I mean its all relative, we each have our own "climates", some places will get 2 feet of snow whereas a town 20 miles away will get 5", but I bet for the most part we'll all see measurable snow before thanksgiving.
