I need a chain breaker tool to press on a master link. Or buy a cheaply priced GOOD tool.
The bike's ready to ride but I need to press on the link and then get it flared (riveted).
Northshore MA area.

I'm SURE the "tool" makes it easier to do...
BUT, You can also use a C-clamp. vise grips to prss it on and then use a ball-peen hammer to peen over the rivits....

You suck at life. Why don't you quit?
My dad told me I could be anything I wanted when I grew up. So I became an Asshole.
The 10", 6", "C" Clamps I have twist the chain. The master link rocks back and forth causing the "C" clamp end to shift because its a ball in socket positioning end.
I even separated a wood corner (for making windows (90 degree) and cabinet corners) tool, in order to keep the chain flush against a flat edge but the space is limited with the wheel in there. The floors covered in sawdust and junk I want off the chain hence trying to do it on the rear sprocket/rim.
With the bike on the center stand I'm bent over like a porn starlet trying to line things up. Just isn't working. 1300cc chain. The bike does 180 MPH plus so I'm looking to not goof anything up.
-Suf Daddy the tool should be a 45 second attempt, hell, if I'm careful I could flare it too in about 10 minutes.
Suf Daddy.
I got mine from Marrietta motorsports.

I still love the smell of burnt racing fuel in the morning!
I have a DID KM-500 and some ZJ-530 links. If it will work for ya I'd be glad to loan it to ya for the day/week whatever.
Drop me a PM and we can set something up if you're not set already.
Link to KM-500 tool is: Here.
