Who else had the pleasure of getting caught in the maelstrom in NH on Sunday afternoon....
It was raining so hard on rt 3 that the cars were pulling to either side break down lanes. Then the whole highway just came to a stop.... Stopped for 1 minute then splitting traffic to get out sooner...but had a river of water running down my back, and both boots were filled. Driving through 4 inches of water...
I was laughing so hard at the cars that my visor kept fogging over....
one guy rolls his window down and asks if I was soaked.....
I like cats.......but I can't eat a whole one by myself.
That's one of those moments where you wish you had a big sign to show him saying.."Here's your sign"
I was very close to taking a ride to the races yesterday but I'm glad I didn't by looking at the weather. No rain at all yesterday, but we did get just over 4" of rain early this morning![]()

This summer hasn't been the best for biking, that's for sure
lady flyin' low and i rode up to elissima's cottage up in alton bay NH this past friday evening and it might've been some of the hardest rain i've ridden in.
hurray, strikethrough!

seriously....this weather is depressing. Is it mid March or mid August?? Coulda fooled me.
I got nailed for about 10 minute after splitting from Nikon's ride Saturday. Then it was sunny all the way home. WHICH ONE OF YOU DID THAT!?
Weirdest thing was riding home from PEI a couple of weeks ago, 11 hours bone dry then the skies opened up 5 miles from home on I495...cars pulling over, semis going 30mph with their hazards on, water coming down in waves.![]()
