Since I know it sucks to not have a home for your bike, I'm offering mine. I have room for probably 3-5 extra bikes for winter storage. I have a detached garage that houses 2 street and a pit bike now. I live in a nice low key neighborhood and have had no issues with anything in the year and 1/2 I have owned the house. There is no heat but it does have power for battery tenders. This is not a money making venture, but rather a help a fellow rider. So I'm not charging much of anything. But will vary if you want to just leave it parked in the back and get it come spring or want to do winter tear down. I also have a variety of tools to do work if you want/need.
