Rode into work today for the first time in a few days, enjoying the weather, moving along with traffic in the fast lane (everyone was moving under 30mph).

I look behind me and there is this giant Silverado RIGHT on my ass. Terrific I think and try and distance myself a bit by accelerating a little bit forward and to the right side of the lane. 20 seconds later the truck accelerates right by me, two wheels in my lane, maybe missing my by a foot or so. Some stupid blonde woman without a care in the world. What was the best part you ask? She had the "Motorcycles are Everywhere, check twice...." bumper sticker on the tailgate.

1) Hey look, there is a motorcycle, that means it doesn't need a whole lane and I can treat it like a bicycle and run it off the road while on my cell phone.

Not bike related but the other day when it was raining I was merging onto an entrance ramp. The ramp has 2 enterances, one for each direction off the main road. I don't think neither of us had yeild signs but in any other scenerio, this person usually has one. Anyways the merge comes real quick after the turn in for both people so this dude in his black pick up accelerates to beat me in the merge, tries to make the sudden right hand curve afterward and goes sideways on the enterance ramp to the highway. I think he was on the phone too. I just sat back and watched like wow what a dumbass. You also get this erge to speed up to him and make jestures at him but I didn't find it worth it at the time.
