Hey look it's gimpy, back from the hospital! You better watch it, keep highsiding and raving about wheelies and we may have to start calling you Chris Squidition :twofinger

Seriously, glad you're up and about and sounds like you're in good spirits for just having shoulder surgery. Enjoy the painkillers with a martini twist and definitely let us all know if you need anything (your sparkplugs are probably fouled from the bike bein on it's side, but not to worry I can change 'em for ya I'm an expert :poke:)

I had a very simmilar conversation with: the random people tending to me on the side of the road, EMTs in the ambulance, ER techs, family, doctors, coworkers, etc :D

It seems that everyone who doesn't ride says "gee, now you are done with that" and everyone that does ride says "so when you getting back on"

if this isn't the epitomy of burcracy and technology...

i'm going for my 1st follow-up visit tommorow w/local doctor. due to problems with, mail, buearcracy, and other bullshit the dr still dosn't have copies of my x-rays.

thanks to Manny's cellphone, the internet, this thread, and my color printer i can bring a copy the x-ray for them.

is it just me, or is something clearly wrong with healthcare in America?

i dunno man...when i was in Sweden the healthcare system was mind blowing...but taxes were really high.
