Circuit of the Americas - Closed to Trackday Organizations?

Sad that they seem to be backing out of rental agreements and might be going the private route. We all know how that worked out for some area tracks. They even cashed one clubs check and then cancelled on them.

They agreed to honor their contract with 4 organizations. Everything else is still up in the air.
