Sportbike suspension shops in Ma

I'm having some issues with my bike being just all around unsteady and erratic. I wanted to ask to see who I can trust to take a look at it. I'm not familiar with any of the shops around other than one and i'm not sure i want to go there.

I would also like to find a good shop, maybe one that could help me set the SAG for my bike as stock is for a range in weight like 180-220 or something like that and I would like it set closer to my weight which is 165.

his business is suspension/geometry. so yeah I'd say he can handle that.

They do everything for suspension, even have a frame measurement machine. I think at one point they made their own valving and adjustable triple clamps.

Go to any race weekend. Count how many people have GMD/Computrack stickers on their forks/shocks.

After a couple of hours, stop counting and realize that is the place to go.

talked to Pete today, he's at the races until sunday. I'll talk to him monday and try to get the bike up there. I just hate spending more money on the bike right now, after just dropping a few big bills last week.

I believe the saying goes:

"If you can't afford to do it right, how can you afford to do it over?"


Way I see it you have two choices,

1) start turning knobs here and there, see what happens and hope for the best or

2) take it to someone who knows what they are doing and can get you much closer to the results you desire
