To Clean or stay DIRTY?

My question is do you clean your leathers or do you keep it Dirty? (Talking about the sweat inside the leathers)

I rode in the pouring rain once. Does that count?

I don't wear mine often enough, or sweat in them enough, to worry about it yet.
