Co-op Garage/Workshop Space Available Near Woburn

Hey all,
The garage coop I’m in just had a space open up if anyone is interested (think Spannerland in Brooklyn) . Space is near Woburn. It is a commercially zoned building; there are 5 total spaces including the available space. Spaces are $500-$600/month. The available space has great natural light on two sides. Space has power, gas heat, water, all new overhead LED lighting, bathrooms, separate parts storage area and is alarmed. 14’ street level garage door. Space includes use of a commercial grade car lift (if you happened to be a car person), drill press, parts washer, sand blasting box, pressure washer, hydraulic press and probably some other things I don’t use myself. I’m the only motorbike person in there right now. If you’re are seriously interested, PM me and I’ll get you some details.

Is that price correct? $500 - $600 monthly?

You didn't mention a well staffed glory hole, but there must be one for that price.

That's actually not a bad price given the tools that are included in the space. IF you are only going to store your car/bike there, it is pricey. Need to use equipment and lift, it isn't bad, especially if you have a short term major project.
