Yep. gotta make sure there are no lumpy forehead seams!

You are going to love it. great price!
I picked up a new Scorpion jacket with a neck wrap collar and I have not used the Balaclava yet. I LOVE this new Jacket.
Best way to use the heated liner is up close and personal. I commute into work with just a T-shirt the liner and the jacket. It feels like I piss myself every time I turn it on. It feels so good! Wait wrong forum...

I wear a Patagonia base layer (lightweight) long sleeve shirt under my liner. I call this shirt my super shirt, wear it all year---
so it's sort of like underarmor? is it any cheaper
I was going to buy 5-10 underarmor shirts to wear for the winter, but at $25+ per shirt, I'm holding off unless I don't find a cheaper alternative
also here's a cool weather tip: wear your cheap non-breathable rain suit on top of your gear for an additional layer of wind protection
I got the Bilt 1-piece over-pant style rain suit from cyclegear for $50
update: Bilt also has $20 waterproof gloves that are much warmer (and thicker) than my regular leather gauntlets...it took a little getting used to, but I need something to keep my hands dry over the heated grips when it's raining
I also picked up a $10 neoprene face mask and neck cover
it might be a better alternative to the balaclava to prevent forehead seams, but it doesn't cover the back of the neck, so cold seeps in...the mask tends to fog glasses more too
