Savas- Still not sure how that makes a person sour. I made a decision made based on my personal safety rather than a "taking my ball and going home" approach, as some want so badly to believe...apparently yourself included.
Josh- Not a single response to any e-mail to both the Loudon office as well as the CCS offices so why waste the additional energy making a phone call? I'd be surprised if more than 5 helmets were sent in for evaluation after sustaining damage from the installation of this item.

I emailed Tom and got a response last year. I sent my Arai out to be inspected this year and they found minimal damage, then I got board. When I see Tom maybe I'll ask maybe not. Otherwise, I will continue to document any damage to my helmet to use at a future date. I would encourage anyone else concerned to do the same. until then...........
