The things I KNOW have to be drilled yes they are. The bike has been raced previously (I think) so it should be. However surprised might occurre but we will have a full automotive garage available to us with plenty of tools to do whatever we have to do :-)

I drained the tank of water, it holds pressure, air that comes out of the bladder is dry with no odor. I've got a professional plumber coming Tuesday to help diag. What I can see at the moment is once the pump shuts off, the water level is dropping in the supply line, drawing a vacuum. When the pump comes on, there is a good 4 to 5 second delay before the water reaches the in house check valve. If the pressure tank has water in it (system is at cut-in pressure, 38psi or so) when it hits I get a single hammer at the 'T'. Then it fills as normal till hitting the cutout at around 58psi. I'm thinking it's gotta either be the check valve in the pump or I've got a leak in the pipe between the pump and the house.Quote:
