couple q's about inspecting

Want to get rid of the stock blinkers on my R6... tired of the bug eye look. Will places in MA pass you with integrated tail lights and flush mount front blinkers? Last year i went to some random Harley garage and the guy just walked around the bike really quick so i might go back there this year... Just curious before i order and install the lights

no, it will not pass a "proper" inspection, as there is a minimum distance requirement between the brake light and the blinkers, which is a fairly large number (9" comes to mind, but that might be the minimum space between the blinkers). The blinkers also have to be DOT approved.

in my experience 9 times out of 10 you'll pass. just like you said, go to a harley shop

yea i figured, he seemed like the kind of guy that just wanted me and my bike outta his shop asap so ill probably go back there

My bike has passed at 2 different places... it has hotbodies flushmount blinkers and undertail. One shop was a powersports place and the other was a harley type place. As long as they can see the lights flashing, it seems like they will pass them.
